Crystals
- By purchasing from The Bauble Barn Co, the customer understands that there may be some slight differences in color due to different lighting conditions.
- As these are all stones are natural & unique, some pieces might come with nicks, cracks, inclusions or lines. If you are unable to accept them, do drop us DM so we can help you out.
- In the event that you receive your item broken, store credits might be provided depending on the situation.
Handmade / Personalised items
- All fabrics are handpicked and handcut, there will be no identical prints. All handmade items are handsewn and/or machine sewn. Should there be any defect in your item, kindly reach out to us for us to via email together with your order reference, so we are able to assist you.
In the event that exchange / returns are allowed (case by case basis), shipping cost will be borne by customers. Self-drop off of return parcels are allowed.
REFUNDS
- There will be no cash refunds, store credits will be issued with a validity of 1 year.
Do note that all returns/exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The Bauble Barn Co reserves all the rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns & exchanges.
